Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. You can use the Free plan forever, or start a 14-day Growth trial without entering payment details.
What happens at the end of my trial?+
Your workspace downgrades to Free unless you choose a paid plan. Your data, leads, and sequences are preserved.
Can I switch plans?+
Anytime. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
How do "active leads" count?+
A lead is active when it appears in any running campaign. Suppressed, completed and never-contacted leads do not count toward your limit.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Yes — annual billing is 20% off any paid tier. Available from the billing portal once you upgrade.
Do you offer enterprise contracts?+
On the Scale plan we provide custom DPA, SSO/SAML, dedicated success manager and a 99.9% SLA. Contact sales.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — one-click cancellation from the Stripe billing portal. We never lock contracts on monthly plans.
